- We work with *third-party delivery partners* to fulfill and deliver your orders. Once we hand over your package to the delivery partner, the delivery is entirely managed by them.  
- While we partner with trusted delivery companies, please note that *A2S2 Online Shopping App* is not responsible for any delays or issues once the product has been handed over to the delivery partner.

- Although we partner with reliable delivery companies, sometimes delays, damages, or other issues can occur. If any problems arise during shipping, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.
